Some Student Testimonials for Master Your Mind Course

I was looking to start meditation because I wanted to calm down my mind, be able to hear my true voice, and better control my emotions. And also wanted to learn to be more grateful and mindful.

Your course helped me build the discipline I needed in meditation, and also gave me skills to deal with negative emotions. I am now a calmer and more mindful person.

I became more aware of my emotional reactions. I can see the negative emotions coming up, but have some extra space inside of me to decide: “Ok, do I want this now?” If not, I also learned how to replace negative emotions with positive ones.

I followed your daily guidance without much effort and was so surprised to see that my practice had just become a part of my life.

The techniques you teach feel much better than following the guided meditation CDs I have at home. This is the real thing!

I feel more centered and calmer now and am looking forward to what further benefits this will have in my life as I continue with the daily practice.

Even though I’ve been meditating for years, there were several techniques I hadn’t tried, and I appreciated the chance to try them out.

This is a great course and I think beginning meditators would find it invaluable. You’ve managed to pull off something that has broad appeal but is grounded in serious practice and tradition. Great work! You’ve performed a real service for people.

As you mentioned, it’s really overwhelming to try to find your own path to effective meditation and it’s benefits. Thanks for communicating your ideas in a clear and direct way.

I do really love the fact of allowing your students to pick and choose their best way to follow this redituable path instead of trying to impose your own best to them (as “best” results being kind of subjective).

Thanks for developing this program in such respectful way!

I have been wanting to try meditation for some time now, but never found the time to do it. So seeing your website, I can just do it at home, I don’t need to see a therapist ?

I would love just that, in my own time to meditate and empty my mind. Are these courses online ? Thank you so much for all this information,

    kind regards,

    Lizzy

    Hi

Thank you for bringing  this up as often we want to know how to meditate when to mediate and  how long each day to meditate. These are all important questions a beginner will have and through your article we know that there is a course for you to become comfortable  in meditating. I really like the breakdown  of the course, which gives people the necessary  tools to become better at meditating, which can only arise from practice and inner piece. I am glad I stumbled across this article and I am sure that I can get  more from life. Do you think that everybody can benefit from meditation, even if it takes the form of prayer?

    Thanks

    Antonio

Yes I truly believe it can help anyone. Even if its just 5 minutes. 5 minutes and help you get away from the normal busyness of everyday life. I yes I actually incorporate prayer into meditation. I pray beforehand as well. Meditation can be a way to glorify god and bring you closer to him. But you don’t have to have any religious or world views to learn meditation and benefit from it.

Hi Zac, Thanks for such a great post. Lots of helpful information here. I really appreciate the way you broke out the courses and different sections. I really wasn’t aware of the many different types of meditation available. I’ve actually started practicing myself but I feel that meditation can have different meanings for people. As long as you get a quiet place to be aware of surroundings, clear your mind it can be done anywhere at any time. I like how the service you offer is very structured though. I think it will cater to a lot of different people too. All the best 🙂

Thanks for your insight. I agree you can meditate anywhere anytime. I like to meditate at my lunch break just to get away for a moment.
