    I think that people should be boosting their immune systems each year, not just because of Corona Virus, but for general health, especially during the winter season.

    Vitamin C is great, but relieving stress through meditation is also great, and not a lot of people do meditation, as they battle to concentrate on nothing for long periods of time. That’s why it’s great that you can now buy these programs to help you through the meditation so that you can take full advantage of the relaxation techniques.
