Hello everyone, how’s it going, Zac again here. Today I’m going to go over how to chakra alignment. This can be done very easily with a simple meditation. If your new to chakra’s or you want to learn more about what chakra’s are, chakra stones and their meanings and colors click here. This is just a basic meditation to get you adjusted to meditation, it will help you focus and become more sensitive.
You can start aligning your chakra’s by simply getting some chakra stones and place them on your chakra’s(while laying down) for 15 minutes everyday. This meditaton is a little more advanced and will help you to start feeling your energy and the energy of the chakra stones. It will get you ready for the advanced meditation.

Preperation before you begin
If you havn’t already purchased some chakra stones you’ll need to get some before you can do this meditation. So, before you begin lets get in some comfy clothes to help relax. Start by doing some light stretching, this will help wake you up and energize you, its less likely you will fall asleep during your meditation. Then you will want to do whatever works best for you to get in a good mood.
This is a must if you want to feel great and euphoric as a result of meditation. No matter what kind of meditation your doing you need to get yourself into a great mood with a smile on your face before you meditate. There are numerous ways to put yourself in a good mood. Find what works for you.
Examples that really help me are meditation music, aromatherapy, I got a nice comfy mat, and I like to think I’m in the snow covered mountains, or any happy thought. I also use positive affirmations and tell my self out loud that.” I Feel so good, I feel euphoric, I feel wonderful”. Now that your feeling good lets meditate.
Which color stone go where
In my post linked above I went over in more detail about each chakra, but ill recap where they go. If you have 10 chakra stones or just 7 chakra stones, both are good and work fine. Click here to view some chakra stone kits.
10 chakra’s
1. Higher crown chakra- 4-5 in above head. Color: white

2. Crown chakra-on top of head. Color: white or indigo
3.Third eye chakra-between eyes. Color: Purple
4.Throat chakra- on the throat. Color: blue
5. Higher heart chakra-above the heart. Color: pink
6.Heart chakra- on the heart. Color: Green
7.Solar Plexus chakra- solar plexus. Color: yellow
8.Sacral chakra- on your belly button. Color: orange
9. Root chakra- On your groin. Color: Red or black
10. Earth chakra-between your feet. Color: Black or brown
7 chakra’s
1.Crown chakra-on top of head. Color: white or indigo
2.Third eye chakra-between eyes. Color: Purple
3.Throat chakra- on the throat. Color: blue
4.Heart chakra- on the heart. Color: Green
5. Solar Plexus chakra- solar plexus. Color: yellow

7.Root chakra- On your groin. Color: Red
How to Chakra Alignment-Lets meditate
So your feeling good and your comfy and relaxed. Lay down and put the stones where they go according to the list above. Close your eyes. Put your awareness on your breathing. Focus on your belly, it should rise when you breathe in, and it fall as you breathe out. Breathe in and out though your belly(diaphragm) not your chest.
Just keep breathing in and out while you focus on your belly rising and falling. Do this for 5-10 minutes. If your just starting, start meditating with less time and work your way up to a 20-30 minute meditation.
Now shift your focus and awareness to your root chakra. Try and just feel your own energy and the energy the stone is putting off. Then do this with each chakra root, then sacral, then solar plexus, then heart, then throat, then third eye, ending with the crown chakra, or all 10 chakras, either or is fine.
End your meditation with focusing or your breathing again, focusing on your belly rising when you breathe in and falling when you breathe out.
Practice makes perfect
So just keep doing this meditation everyday for at least 15 minutes. Work you way up to 30 minutes. As you get better at relaxing and focusing this will get easier and easier to do. You will become more sensitive over time and you will actually start feeling the energy and feeling better and having more energy.
As your chakra’s become more aligned you will have a better flow of energy. You should notice that you’ll have more energy and feel better. Aligning your chakra’s can give you more energy and feel better, but it also can heal you. See my post on the link above and it explains what each one can do.
