If you google the term, “how to meditate” you will get 536,000,000 search results. There is a crazy amount of information on meditation and it can be overwhelming. Where do I even start? How do I know which one is good and which one isn’t? These are some questions I asked myself when I first started meditation. In this review I will show you how to learn how to meditate- completely online, self paced, and a proven method.
How to learn How to Meditate- Join an Online Program
Joining an online school is the best way to expedite your training and succeed at meditation. I have read several books, tried 100’s of free training in meditation online, and joined several meditation programs/ schools. What I have learned is almost every training out there left me questioning what is next, because I wasn’t achieving any results.
It seemed I always came to a dead end and never actually achieved my desired goals in meditation. I would quit that method and go to the next one. I did this for several years. I was just trying everything out there and I wasn’t happy with the results on anything I was trying.
I almost just gave up in my frustration, but I am glad i didn’t. I found the Live and Dare online program. I found a course that gave me the results I was looking for. I learned how to remove the anxiety, anger, and stress from my life. I learned how to control my own emotions and thoughts, experience joy in everyday life, and have a sense of well-being.
From the joy I have found in meditation is what has inspired me to make this website. I want to give back by helping bring others to meditation by leading them to a meditation program that actually works.
Benefits of Joining Live and Dare online Meditation Pogram
One of the best benefits I have found by joining Live and Dare is having others to help you, support you, and answer any questions to guide you through your journey in meditation. I think learning meditation online is such a great idea. I know there are places near me that offer expensive programs to learn but this would work WAY better for my schedule and budget. I definitely recognize the benefits of meditation and would love to incorporate it into my daily life. Thanks!
Yes and Its a self pace course designed for you to learn at your convenience.
Hello, I really want to first appreciate your effort in putting this great website together and writing this article. getting to join meditation online initially sounded awkward. the testimonies right here says otherwise and i think i will be willing to try it out. this is a really great and helpful article. thanks.
Im glad my post was helpful to you. The online courses make it easy for anyone to understand and it is self paced.
Thank you very much for this informative article. As a Yoga Instructor I know very well how difficult is to control the mind.
“If you do not control it, will control you.”
So I highly recommend, special for the beginners, to start with a guided meditation by a professional. And Giovanni, with many years of experience in the field, is a person who can be recommended.
Thanks for giving your feedback. I agree there is just so much information out there its overwhelming. Beginners don’t know where to start especially where to get professional training.
Hey, thanks for the suggestion! I keep getting told I need to start meditating to help me with my anxiety, but there’s a problem with that. Anxious people have a HARD time ‘clearing’ their minds. I used to always feel like I failed at mediating when thoughts intruded… until I was told by someone that’s normal and not a sign of failing to mediate! So it would definitely be useful to have someone else around who can guide or answer questions. I went MONTHS thinking I just can’t meditate until I ran across someone who pointed that out to me. So I’ve been curious about trying it again, so this article was helpful. I’ll check it out, thank you.
Yeah that is normal for everyone. You get better with practice. It just takes time. It helps to clear your mind or getting out of you head as I like to call it by focusing on your other senses, try focusing on what your hearing and feeling different parts of your body, not your head.
Thank you for this valuable information, I have tried to harness the power of meditation by practicing it, but to no avail. I try it for two days and I stop, seeing your post I think online meditation and having to do it with someone who really understand what I want will do well. I have just signed up for the three pillars of meditation via your link
Im so glad to here that I know you can succeed. Sometimes its hard to stick with something. It take 21 days for your body to develop a habit. I encourage you to try it out for 21 days to make a habit out of it. Just start for 5 min a day. That’s what I did. Now I meditate probably 45 min in the morning, 20 min when I get home from work, and I try to get another 20 before bed. I couldn’t see my life without meditation.
Greetings and thank you for the great post. Very informative! I really thought about trying meditation but was very hesitant because I think sincerely practicing religion is a form of meditation although you may not know exactly how to achieve certain outcomes for a particular situation such as relieving stress for instance. I was wondering if you could explain the difference between the two if any? Thank you!
The exercises and techniques you learn in meditation actually relieve stress themselves. For instance ive been meditating so long if I somewhat feel any stress at all I can do a short 30 second meditation and completely get rid of the feeling and change it to what I want, which is happy. I can also lower my heart rate and temperature at will. I am Christian and believe in Jesus. I don’t practice religion it can get you in trouble. But god is ok with you doing anything that will bring you closer to him. Meditating simply trains your mind to achieve a desired outcome. Its your body, your mind, and your emotions and you can learn how to control them. Don’t let other people or daily events determine how you feel.
Gotta give ya credit for this well done article. I definitely want to invest some of my free time into meditating. I need to meditate to give off stress that I built up during my workday. This article actually helps with that. It says almost everything you need to meditate and you don’t haft to go anywhere but the comfort of your home. Thanks for this contribution!
Thank you. I am glad that my article was helpful to you. Meditation after work can really refresh you. It makes me feel better and gives me more energy.
