    I agree that lack of sleep is very harmful to mental health. It is a vicious circle; lack of sleep can cause depression, and depression and anxiety can cause lack of sleep. I think it can happen either way because I have been unable to sleep as a result of depression and anxiety and I believe that I have had a psychotic break due to lack of sleep. Meditation has worked for me in helping me to sleep and I know I should do it more regularly.

    Hi Zac. This is exactly what I need. I have always known the importance sleep has in connection to our body’s health. But I hadn’t stopped to thing in the negative effect that not sleeping properly has on our brain.

    Hello, After an unexpected and serious health incident in 2010, I began to meditate twice a day for 20 minutes each day. Mediation has significantly helped with my sleep difficulties (sometimes falling asleep, other times staying/going back to sleep). I certified as a yoga and meditation teacher  This has been most gratifying. Both my clients and I have benefitted from the classes.

    I need this online meditation course as the level of stress in me has piled up to the point that it now affects my health. One visible result of me having too much stress is I’m losing a lot of hair and getting bald.     Hey, I enjoy a lot while reading your guide on meditation and find very useful for everyone. However, although this was the case, this person created the impression that they needed their partner. Deep Sleep is a 21-day self-paced course. we will learn meditations and techniques that will teach us to deep sleep and wake up feeling great. To get consistent deep sleep we will learn how to truly relax our body and turn off our mind. Soon I will join Deep Sleep course.
