Hello everyone today I will be explaining a meditation that I use, to get your energy to flow properly and balance your chakras. This meditation for the chakras is a little more advanced than the others of wrote about. Are you just starting or want to learn more about chakras see chakra stones meanings and colors. If, you already have chakra stones and you have been meditating for a while or your ready to jump right in lets begin.
Human magnetic field
Everything gives off energy and has its own magnetic field. I’m going to use the earth as example. Everyone knows the earth is a giant magnet. It has a north and a south pole. The magnetic energy comes out of the north pole and goes around the earth to the south pole.
This is called magnetic flux or magnetic lines of force. Well your own body works on this same principle. Some refer to this magnetic field your aura. So the north is at your head and the south is at your feet. Your bodies energy comes out your head and back around to your feet just like a magnet.
Electromagnetic pollution (cell phones, cell phone towers, computers, microwaves) and chemicals in food can disrupt this flow of energy causing health problems and tiredness.
Preparation before this advanced meditation
If you have not been doing the beginner meditation I recommend you start there. I have previously mentioned during your meditation that you will want to focus on each chakra trying to learn to sense and feel the energy.
If you can feel the energy around you, and also feel the energy the stones are putting off, it will be easier to get this down. Some people are more sensitive and can already feel it. Don’t worry if you can’t you will with time.
Finally, lets meditate-Meditation for the Chakras
Always get yourself into a wonderful mood before meditation. If you do it will set the mood for the day and you’ll have a great day. Also, when you always get your self into a great mood before meditation you are essentially training your body and mind to feel this way.
Later on you’ll be able to get this feeling to come out of you at will. So turn on some meditation music, get comfy, light some candles or aromatherapy machine, think of your most wonderful thought ETC… whatever works the best for you.
Now your going to lay down and place the chakra stones where they go. So I want you to remember how the magnetic flow of energy works like the earth. This what we are going to do. At first, you are going to just imagine the energy, but in time you will feel it.
So, as you breathe in you are going to pull the energy in when you breathe. So breathe in real slow. As you breathe in the energy will come through your feet, through your groin and into your belly. So in other words as you breathe in pull the energy through the Earth Chakra, through the Root chakra, and into the Sacral chakra.
Now as you breathe out the energy is going to go from the Sacral chakra, through the Solar plexus chakra, through the heart chakra, through the higher heart chakra, through the throat chakra, through the third eye chakra, through the crown chakra, ending with the higher crown chakra.
Now breathe in again pulling the energy through all the points storing it in the sacral, and breathe out going through all the points ending with the higher crown. Just keep repeating this process throughout the meditation. It s that easy.
Getting the hang of things
After you do this meditation for an extended period of time you really will start feeling the energy. The first time I did was when the energy went into the higher crown and I felt it automatically go around my body back into my feet, I felt it, and it was just like the magnetic lines of the earth coming in and just going back out, from north to south over and over.
When I first felt it I was reminded of the earths magnetic field and that’s when it made sense to me, that our body essential works like a magnet and our energy can just flow so much when its working properly.
